Sellers may only upload content that they own or are authorized to use.
Protected content includes:

- Packaging designs.
Unauthorized use of copyrighted content may result in listing removal and account action.
Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
Brand owners, intellectual property holders, authorized representatives, and legal agents may report suspected violations.
Complaints should include:

Investigation Process

Repeat Infringers

- Settlement holds.
- Legal action where applicable.
Brand Owner Cooperation
Edusekart encourages cooperation with brand owners to identify and remove counterfeit or infringing listings.
Brand owners may provide information to help improve marketplace safety and authenticity standards.
Marketplace Monitoring
Edusekart may use manual reviews, automated monitoring systems, customer reports, seller audits, and marketplace investigations to identify potential intellectual property violations.
However, Edusekart cannot guarantee the detection of every violation and relies on cooperation from sellers, customers, and brand owners.
Limitation of Marketplace Liability
Edusekart operates as a marketplace platform and does not independently verify ownership of every product, image, trademark, or piece of content uploaded by sellers.
Responsibility for listings remains with the respective seller.
Edusekart will take reasonable action when notified of potential violations.
False Complaints
Submitting knowingly false, misleading, fraudulent, or malicious intellectual property complaints is strictly prohibited.
Edusekart reserves the right to reject unsupported claims and take appropriate action against abuse of the reporting process.
Policy Updates
