This Prohibited Products Policy applies to all sellers using the Edusekart marketplace and forms an integral part of the Seller Terms & Conditions.

  • Unauthorized reproductions.
  • Products infringing trademarks.
  • Products infringing copyrights.
  • Products violating intellectual property rights.

Illegal Products

Sellers must not list products that are illegal under Indian law or applicable regulations.

Weapons & Dangerous Items

The following products are prohibited:

Edusekart prohibits the sale of:

Alcoholic Products

Sellers may not list:

Wildlife & Protected Species Products

The following are prohibited:

  • Protected wildlife products.

Hazardous Materials

Sellers must not list:

Financial & Fraudulent Products

The following products and services are prohibited:

Sellers must not offer:

Edusekart reserves the right to request supporting documentation and may remove listings that fail verification.

Marketplace Review Rights

Edusekart reserves the right to:

  • Remove products.

  • Suspend listings.
  • Restrict seller privileges.
  • Terminate seller accounts.

Such actions may be taken without prior notice where required for legal, compliance, security, or customer protection reasons.

Reporting Violations

Users, customers, brand owners, and sellers may report suspected prohibited products through Edusekart support channels.

All reports may be investigated and appropriate action taken.

Consequences of Violations

Violation of this policy may result in:

  • Product removal.
  • Listing suspension.
  • Seller account restrictions.
  • Account suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Settlement holds.
  • Legal action.
  • Reporting to authorities where required.
