Who Can Sell
Individual
Sole proprietors and freelancers with a valid PAN card. No GST required for businesses under ₹40L turnover.
Partnership Firm
Registered partnership firms with partnership deed. GST registration recommended.
Private Limited / LLP
Registered companies and LLPs with valid CIN/LLPIN. GST registration mandatory for most categories.
